In fact, I’ve already won my first event for my new club. Admittedly it was a quiz, but every victory counts!
After a few easy weeks the 08/09 training programme is kicking in. It’s a bit unfocused at the moment (very un-SMART), so I must get things written down and organised. Work is complicating things.
It might be a split season next year: Dec-Feb – winter criterium series; Mar-Jul – Road and TTs; August – holiday; Sep-Oct – racing for fun.
